DRONE INSPECTIONS
A clearer view of your roof.
Aerial photographs can help reveal roof details that are difficult to see from the ground. A visual drone assessment offers useful information without assuming that every roof can be flown over or every defect identified from a photograph.

ASSESSMENT & OPTIONS
Plan a safe, suitable flight
The operator must consider aircraft category, required registrations, airspace restrictions, distances, uninvolved people and weather. Privacy and neighbouring property are considered. A flight may be postponed or unsuitable for a particular location. See the current CAA Drone Code for the applicable rules.

SCOPE & PROCESS
Useful photographs, clear limitations
Agree the areas to be photographed and whether annotated images or a written visual summary are included. Images may show displaced tiles or visible flashing defects but cannot establish hidden timber condition, every leak source or structural adequacy. Insurer acceptance is not promised.
Discuss your project ↗BEFORE YOU BOOK
Your questions, answered.
Is this a structural survey?
No. It is a visual roof assessment. A surveyor or structural engineer may be needed where structure, movement or a formal condition report is involved.
What does the quotation need to include?
Agree the assessment findings, materials, access equipment, waste handling, expected sequence, exclusions and how unforeseen defects will be approved. Prices and dates are confirmed individually.
What should I send with my enquiry?
Your postcode, a description of the roof and the issue, plus photographs taken safely from the ground. We will discuss whether an inspection is needed and what it involves.
What happens after the work?
Agree the handover information, maintenance guidance and any written warranty terms before booking. No particular guarantee is implied by this page.
