Write to Sky Shield Roofing Contractors Ltd, 10 Oak Lane, Crays Hill, Billericay, England, CM11 2YH. Telephone 0333 335 7564 or 01268 949 380. Mobile / WhatsApp: 07818 908570. Please include your name, property address and any quotation or invoice reference. The registered office is a correspondence address; visits are by prior arrangement.
Explain the concern, dates, work involved and outcome you would like. Attach relevant quotations, invoices or safe ground-level photographs. If a complaint is made by telephone, ask for its key points and any agreed action to be confirmed in writing. Do not climb onto a roof to gather evidence.
How a complaint is handled
- Record and acknowledge the concern promptly, identify the job and contact person, and request any reasonably necessary information.
- Review the agreed scope, records and photographs and arrange a safe inspection where needed. Explain any proposed access arrangements first.
- Provide a reasoned response and proposed remedy or explain why the complaint is disputed. Keep the customer informed where investigation takes longer.
- Confirm any agreed corrective work, dates and payments or refunds in writing. Escalate unresolved concerns for a management review.
Complaints should be handled as quickly as possible. No fixed response promise is made on this website; a realistic response date should be given for the individual case. Reporting a complaint does not remove statutory rights.
If the matter remains unresolved
The final response should explain any available alternative dispute resolution or other arrangement, relevant provider contact details and whether the company is willing or required to participate. No membership of an ADR scheme, trade association or approved trader scheme is claimed here. The company must identify the arrangement applicable at the time; this page does not require you to accept mediation or prevent court action.
